Attendance
Subject: Arbor – Reporting Absence
Dear Parent/Carer
As you may know, this year Whitecote Primary School has moved over to Arbor. This means that all information regarding your children can be accessed in one place. If your child is going to be absent from school for either illness or an appointment please can you log this on the Arbor App!
To log an appointment or illness, locate the 'Attendance' section of the app and click on the 'Record An Absence'. This will ensure that your child is given the correct mark and the school is aware of the reason they will not be present.
Please do not send us a message on the app with a reason for absence as it could be missed due to the amount we recieve in the school mailbox daily.
If you haven’t already, please get the free Arbor app, or register on the Arbor website, and use it to tell us whenever your child’s ill and unable to attend school.
Thank you,
Whitecote Primary School
